Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Guide customers through troubleshooting steps and service processes.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction by delivering clear and friendly communication.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and provide feedback for process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, chat support, or a similar role.
  • Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.
  • Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and live chat software is an advantage.
