Key Responsibilites:
- Own the camera modeling process related to theory, design, implementation, and validation of camera models from lens to final image contents
- Work closely with our validation and rendering teams to demonstrate correlation, and create prebuilt sensor models to be used by our customers
- Work closely with customers and sensor vendors to implement their specific models
- Spend roughly 50% of your time on the validation of camera models, and 50% of your time on model development
Key Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience
- Experience designing and implementing simulations of Camera systems from optics to final image
- Experience implementing models in Matlab, Python, or C++
- Familiarity with rendering engines and real-time graphics concepts
- Experience across design, execution and analysis of experiments for evaluation of sensor performance
Nice to have:
- Experience working with rendering engines such as Unreal Engine
- Hands on experience working with computer vision cameras
- Familiar with libraries such as OpenCV and other industry standard tooling
