Job Responsibilities:
- Accurately book ski school lessons, lift tickets, season passes, and winter activities.
- Professionally resolve and follow through with any guest inquiries, including any returns or refunds.
- Comfortable in a high-energy environment.
- Savvy with a computer and telephone.
- Be organized, accountable, responsible, and proficient with time-management.
- Promote and embrace our Mission and Core Values
- Be available on holidays and weekends.
- Be passionate about serving others.
- Commitment to working the entire winter season (through April 2023).
- Have an enthusiastic and outgoing personality
- Be a clear and effective communicator (verbal & written).
- Remain cool under pressure.
- Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience – preferred
- Proficient typing skills – required
- High school diploma or equivalent – required
- Must be 18 years of age or older – required
