A leading global private markets manager based across EMEA, the Americas, and Asia seeks a motivated Business Operations Analyst to join their Client and Product Solutions team. This Cape Town based role involves supporting strategic and operational initiatives, including investor relations, project management, and marketing activities.

As part of the team, you'll work on investor relations support, create and manage marketing materials, and contribute to internal initiatives such as IPOs and acquisitions. Reporting to a senior leader (soon-to-be VP), you'll play a key role in shaping strategies and delivering value across the organisation. Key qualifications for the Business Operations Analyst:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Investments, or a related field
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with experience in managing large datasets
Background in private equity or alternative investments (Preferred)
Solid foundation in finance and investments; eagerness to learn is essential
Detail-oriented, analytical mindset with a collaborative approach
Key duties for the Business Operations Analyst include but are not limited to:
Support investor relations through analysis and preparation of detailed materials
Manage key projects and processes to ensure timely delivery and execution
Develop fundraising and marketing documentation
Contribute to internal business initiatives, including new strategies, acquisitions, and IPOs
