Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning:
    • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve organizational goals.
    • Analyze market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
    • Set performance targets and align them with the company’s vision and objectives.
  2. Operational Management:
    • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

    • Identify and resolve operational challenges to maintain productivity.
  3. Team Leadership and Development:
    • Recruit, train, and manage staff to ensure high performance and job satisfaction.

    • Foster a positive work environment and promote a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  4. Financial Management:
    • Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.

  5. Client and Stakeholder Relations:
    • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.

  6. Business Development:
    • Identify new business opportunities and areas for expansion.
    • Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to increase market share.
    • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
  7. Risk Management and Compliance:
    • Ensure the business complies with legal and regulatory requirements.
    • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

  8. Reporting and Communication:
    • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on business performance and challenges.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field (MBA is an advantage).
  • Proven experience in a management or leadership role.
