Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Specialist at BC Services Hub located in Tema. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and developing and implementing growth strategies to drive business success.

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field

- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field
- Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
