Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth initiatives in the Travel & Tour sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, a deep understanding of the industry, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Travel & Tourism Market, focusing on Flight bookings, Visa Consultation and Processing, Corporate Travels, Tour Packages and other sustainable services.
- Client Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets in the Travel & Tour sector.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the industry.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

Skills:
Strong network and understanding of Travel & Tour sector.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Self-motivated and driven.
Ability to work with a team.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Proficient use of Microsoft Office Packages.
