JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
- Develop a Sales Plan for Key Enterprise Accounts.Generate Prospects for and close profitable new (to NI) Enterprise accounts, contracts, and deals.
- Support the overall Business development strategy for Network across all products and definition of customer propositions and key messages.
- Ensure Transition of new accounts into relationship management with seamless hand-over.Ensure Market Intelligence on upcoming opportunities and new to UAE Businesses. Developing a healthy sales pipeline for Key merchants.
- Possess the ability to learn Network’s products and services and be able to present these professionally to the clients, potential customers.
- Ensure response to issues received from the managed accounts within agreed timeframes. Ensure response to received referrals by the Sales team within agreed timeframes.
- Develop appropriate relationships with each Account with the intention of retaining & deepening relationships.
- Provision of Value-Added Services to the managed accounts & the negotiation of terms which maximizes the long-term profitability of Network.
- Presenting Network to clients through direct communication in face to face / virtual meetings and emails.
- Ensure that the Relationship team actively and successfully manages the client Relationship.
- Individual responsibility for achieving overall revenues targets, and ability to self-manage.
- Professional representation of the company and brand internally and externally.
- Create and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts, and any further documentation.
- Responding to tenders (RFPs) and requests for information (RFIs) in a timely manner. Effectively interact with other departments including the operations and technical team to address Team’s and Merchants issues. Ensure pricing relationships in line with agreed pricing strategy and policy.
