Ensure a significant increase in penetration at Key Account and chains, contributing to budget achievement, enhancing and developing a coherent and consistent approach, both in terms of range and commercial terms.
Ensure the application of the KA commercial strategy shared with the Sale Direction, developing and coordinating new relationships, retaining existing customers while at the same time promoting a stream of information on existing customer or prospect chains within the branch.
Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
Networking and representing the company at industry events
Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
Developing an in-depth understanding of the products and services the company provides
Providing detailed and accurate forecasting on KPIs and targets
Working with management to agree budgets, target clients and strategy in line with overall business plan
Requirements
At least 5 years of proven experience as sales/KA manager, in equipment for coffee shop business in the China market
Bachelor or master degree in business, marketing or engineering
Coffee shop business development experience is a must. Passion for Coffee Industry.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
Language Skills: Chinese and English
Computer Skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Sales Force
