Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to expand Imploy’s client base.
  • Identify and secure new partnerships with technology companies, startups, and enterprises.
  • Understand client needs and offer tailored recruitment and talent acquisition solutions.
  • Lead the sales cycle, from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing deals.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor strategies, and business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop service offerings that align with market demands.
  • Represent Imploy at industry events, networking sessions, and business meetings.
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, or similar role.
  • Background in software, SaaS, or technology-driven industries.
  • Experience in startups or working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills within the tech and startup ecosystem.
  • Ability to develop and execute sales and partnership strategies.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of recruitment, HR tech, or talent acquisition solutions is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
