JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase sales and revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and potential customers.
- Develop and implement business growth strategies.
- Prepare and present business proposals, contracts, and sales pitches.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to enhance brand visibility.
- Track performance, analyze sales data, and provide reports to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to identify opportunities and develop strategic plans.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
