Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic plan to identify and engage with facilities and organizations in the clinical laboratory sector to establish partnerships that foster long term business development.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, marketing and communication teams, and researchers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for partnership and develop proposals to secure revenue
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment and execution of strategic initiatives, including product launches, content creation, event sponsorships, and more.
  • Manage and track partnership metrics, including engagement, reach, and revenue generation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, or related field. MBA is preferred.
  • +3 years experience in IVD or medical device-related industry
  • Experience developing sales processes and continuously maintaining pipelines
  • Experience in IVD sales or some biopharma application sales
  • Knowledge of sales as it relates to manufacturing businesses, distribution relationships, white label, production, etc
  • Data-backed track record of success in sales
  • Background in Biology/Immunology or Biotechnology field (Preferred)
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time including occasional weekends and international travel
