Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strong business development plans to drive growth.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for projects and services.
  • Monitor competitor activities and assess potential opportunities in the market.
  • Manage and retain relationships with existing clients, identifying strategies for repeat business.
  • Collaborate with executives to identify new client opportunities and market trends.
  • Support content development, ideas, and client engagement for business development events.
  • Write capability statements, proposals, and pitches as required.
  • Prepare briefing notes for client meetings and assist in preparing fee proposals.
  • Provide training and guidance to practitioners on business development techniques.
  • Research and map business strengths and customer needs to identify viable income streams.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and adapt business development plans accordingly.
  • Track successes and areas for improvement in business development efforts.
  • Ensure alignment between business products, value propositions, and customer needs.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development or a related field.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with executives and cross-functional teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics.
