Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to deliver customized solutions for clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential clients.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, pitches, and sales presentations to clients.
  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintain accurate records of business development activities using CRM tools.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
  • Strong network within the marketing, advertising, and branding industries is a plus.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute effectively.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
