Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy and Execution
 Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer (e.g.Training, Consulting, Cloud Infrastructure and Microsoft License).
 Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive growth in alignment with company goals.
 Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create targeted campaigns and sales enablement materials.

2. Team Leadership and Development
 Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team targets.
 Conduct regular performance reviews, set KPIs, and provide coaching to ensure continuous improvement.
 Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the sales team.

3. Client Relationship Management
 Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
 Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and recommending tailored Microsoft solutions.
 Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through exceptional service and support.

4. Partnership
 Leverage the Microsoft Solutions Partner program to drive joint sales initiatives and maximize revenue opportunities.
 Stay updated on Microsoft’s product roadmap, certifications, and partner incentives to align sales strategies.
 Collaborate with Microsoft account managers and technical teams to deliver integrated solutions to clients.

5. Sales Operations and Reporting
 Monitor sales performance metrics, pipeline health, and forecasting accuracy using CRM
 Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and actionable insights.
 Ensure compliance with company policies, Microsoft partner requirements, and industry regulations.

What We’re Looking For
 Proven experience in business development and sales, preferably in IT solutions, cloud services, or Microsoft products.
 Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and coach a sales team.
 Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric mindset.
 Knowledge of Microsoft’s partner programs, product roadmaps, and certifications is a plus.
 Proficiency in using CRM tools for sales reporting and forecasting.
