Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy and Execution
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer (e.g.Training, Consulting, Cloud Infrastructure and Microsoft License).
Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive growth in alignment with company goals.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create targeted campaigns and sales enablement materials.
2. Team Leadership and Development
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team targets.
Conduct regular performance reviews, set KPIs, and provide coaching to ensure continuous improvement.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the sales team.
3. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and recommending tailored Microsoft solutions.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through exceptional service and support.
4. Partnership
Leverage the Microsoft Solutions Partner program to drive joint sales initiatives and maximize revenue opportunities.
Stay updated on Microsoft’s product roadmap, certifications, and partner incentives to align sales strategies.
Collaborate with Microsoft account managers and technical teams to deliver integrated solutions to clients.
5. Sales Operations and Reporting
Monitor sales performance metrics, pipeline health, and forecasting accuracy using CRM
Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and actionable insights.
Ensure compliance with company policies, Microsoft partner requirements, and industry regulations.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in business development and sales, preferably in IT solutions, cloud services, or Microsoft products.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and coach a sales team.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric mindset.
Knowledge of Microsoft’s partner programs, product roadmaps, and certifications is a plus.
Proficiency in using CRM tools for sales reporting and forecasting.
