Actively drive the sales activity and processes in relation to winning new business.
Supported by the wider sales team, contribute to define and execute strategies to develop and grow a network of relationships among prospects decision makers.
Initiate first contact and build relationships with allocated prospects to create and convert sales opportunities.
New business pipeline development
Work with colleagues across the WTW business (northern Italy) to move businesses through the sales process, identifying needs and supporting added value at all stages
Ensure that full and accurate details of contact with and development of all prospects are entered and updated on WTW CRM systems.
The Requirements
Able to move successfully through a major and mid-market account sales process.
Confidence to develop a comprehensive knowledge of WTW products and services and how these compare with the products available from key competitors.
The ability to operate at various levels within the sales process from securing initial meetings, participation in those meetings, and supporting throughout the sales cycle process.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with prospects.
