About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Brands, Marketing, and Communications Manager to lead our social media and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing brand strategies, managing marketing campaigns, and enhancing communication efforts across various platforms. You will be responsible for building a consistent brand image, driving engagement, and ensuring that all marketing and communication activities align with the company’s values and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive brand strategies that enhance brand positioning and awareness across target audiences.

2. Marketing Campaigns: Plan, manage, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (including digital, social media, and traditional media) to promote products, services, or events.

3. Social Media Management: Oversee and manage the company's social media presence, including content creation, community engagement, and performance analytics.

4. Communications: Develop and deliver effective internal and external communication strategies, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms.

5. Content Creation and Management: Work closely with the creative team to develop high-quality, engaging content (blogs, videos, infographics) for use across websites, social media, and email campaigns.

6. Market Research: Conduct research to identify target audiences and develop strategies to reach them effectively.

7. Brand Partnerships and PR: Manage relationships with media outlets, influencers, and brand partners to enhance visibility and reputation.
Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance and social media metrics, providing regular reports to key stakeholders and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

8. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the marketing and communications team, fostering creativity, collaboration, and innovation.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience (3+ years) in a similar role.
Strong understanding of branding principles and integrated marketing strategies.
Experience in developing and executing successful marketing and communication campaigns.
Proficiency in using social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and analytics software (Google Analytics, Hootsuite, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages.
Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
