JOB DESCRIPTION
What you will do
- Lead the development of all marketing activities for assigned accounts
- Collaborate with and provide regular reporting for retailers to optimize promotional calendar and secure incremtanl placements/activations
- Analyze, create and recommend actions to improve Marcomm/Media investments
- Participate in customer meetings and lead marketing portion of Line reivews
- Support cross-functional partners with ad hoc needs while upholding the strictest integrity of confidential customer information
- Protect and grow premium product placements and promotions
- Lead marketing activities, trade show activations, and events, contribute to customer presentations
- Assess competitor and market threats and opportunities to identify ways to strength Mobil 1's position in retail
Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of recent experience leading sales and marketing planning and execution with 3rd party/Customers
- Working knowledge of media planning and measurement
- Demonstrate ability to deliver results through others, project manage, and prioritize under tight timelines
- Analytical skills (trend, data, financial)
- Effective communication skills (in-person, written, presentation)
- Project management and collaboration skills, direct customer interaction experience
- Experience influencing without authority
- Proficient in MS Office, preference for those particularly skilled with creating impactful Excel tools and PowerPoint communication
- Proficient with supplemental data resources including syndicated data (IRI, Nielsen, NPD) and customer point of sale data
- Experience with a variety of categories and/or retailers
- Demonstrated resilience and ability to managing a complex workload
- Proficient with data visualization tools such as Tableau
