Overseeing sales team/administrator and our trades counter (team of approx 7). Ultimately you will manage the full sales operation in our successful branch.
Ensuring service standards are maintained, quotations are produced and shared efficiently and with accuracy
Managing all orders
Resolving any escalated issues with customers or the team and you will work as part of the management team, supporting the Branch Manager to ensure a successful profitable operation is the focus.
Requirements
Ability to provide great customer service
Demonstrable sales experience in a similar environment e.g. merchanting/trade supplies and lots of drive, confidence, enthusiasm and passion
Previous experience in a similar sales role with great customer service skills and the ability to relate to lots of different people.
