JOB DESCRIPTIONS


Responsibilities

  •  Overseeing sales team/administrator and our trades counter (team of approx 7).  Ultimately you will manage the full sales operation in our successful branch. 
  •  Ensuring service standards are maintained, quotations are produced and shared efficiently and with accuracy
  •  Managing all orders
  •  Resolving any escalated issues with customers or the team and you will work as part of the management team, supporting the Branch Manager to ensure a successful profitable operation is the focus.


Requirements

  •  Ability to provide great customer service
  •  Demonstrable sales experience in a similar environment e.g. merchanting/trade supplies and lots of drive, confidence, enthusiasm  and passion
  •  Previous experience in a similar   sales role with great customer service skills and the ability to relate to lots of different people. 
  • Self motivated, enthusiastic and organised
  •  Good numerical skills. 
  • Full product training will be provided.
