JOB DESCRIPTION
Requirements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including income, expenses, and payroll.
- Process invoices, receipts, and payments efficiently and accurately.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in tax preparation and filing.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Develop budgets and forecast financial performance to support strategic planning.
- Provide advice on cost reduction, revenue optimization, and financial growth strategies.
- Assist in evaluating investment opportunities and financial risks.
- Collaborate with management to set financial goals and develop actionable plans.
- Ensure adherence to financial laws and guidelines.
- Maintain secure and organized financial documentation.
- Coordinate with external auditors during audits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, ICAN) is an advantage.
- Proven experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or financial advisory roles.
- Proficiency in financial software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and practices.
