Key Responsibilities
Research Support
- Assist in designing and implementing research studies.
- Conduct literature reviews and summarize relevant research findings.
- Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data.
Translation & Communication
- Translate research documents, reports, and questionnaires between two languages.
- Conduct interviews, focus groups, and surveys in multiple languages.
- Ensure accurate interpretation of research findings for different audiences.
Data Collection & Analysis
- Enter, clean, and manage research data.
- Use statistical tools and software for data analysis.
- Assist in preparing research reports, presentations, and publications.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Communicate effectively with research participants from diverse backgrounds.
- Coordinate with project teams, institutions, and external partners.
- Provide administrative and logistical support for research activities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Public Health, Linguistics, International Studies, or a related field.
- Proficiency in two languages (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in research, data collection, or translation is an advantage.
Key Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication in both languages.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and research software (e.g., SPSS, NVivo).
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
