Key Responsibilities
Market Research & Lead Generation
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential clients and partners.
- Support lead generation efforts through cold calling, emails, and networking.
Sales & Client Relations
- Assist in developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Support in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and business pitches.
- Help in coordinating meetings, follow-ups, and negotiations with prospects.
Proposal & Contract Management
- Assist in drafting business proposals, contracts, and reports.
- Support in responding to requests for proposals (RFPs) and tenders.
- Track and manage business development documentation and records.
Collaboration & Strategy Development
- Work closely with senior BD specialists and other departments to align business strategies.
- Contribute ideas for improving business expansion and client acquisition strategies.
- Support in planning and executing marketing campaigns related to business development.
Reporting & Performance Analysis
- Maintain and update CRM systems with client and sales data.
- Assist in analyzing sales performance and preparing reports for management review.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct research and analyze market trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn and grow.
