Baker and decorator GHC 2000
We are looking for a skilled and passionate baker to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have experience in baking a variety of pastries, particularly cinnamon rolls, cakes, and other baked goods.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and bake cinnamon rolls, cakes, and other pastries according to our recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation of baked goods.
• Manage baking schedules and maintain stock of ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the baking area.
• Innovate and contribute to new menu ideas when required.
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of professional baking experience.
• Experience in making cinnamon rolls and cakes is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Punctual, reliable, and a team player.
