RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development
- Develop relationships with tertiary institutions by aligning their syllabus to CIMA
- Ensure the actualisation of the annual revenue target.
- Ensure the actualisation of annual student and member growth targets.
- Promote uptake of the CIMA Exams in tertiary institutions for the self sponsored students and graduates.
- Improve uptake of the academic pathway with academics
- Grow the sales of PCGs and FLP with academics in tertiary institutions
- Seek partnerships with Universities in Ghana for CIMA Tuition Provision.
- Create a visible presence through face-to-face presentations at tertiary institutions and the Ghana Corporations.
Customer Services
- Ensure that The Association's profile is enhanced by ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Provide support to customers through several multi-media channels
- Receive enquiries and provide information about CIMA and the CIMA qualification to prospective and existing customers.
- Keep up to date with any changes that might affect the customer
- Conduct pre/post lapsing and exam encouragement campaigns
- Influence potential CIMA students and assist with the student acquisition targets
You Have:
- Degree or business qualification, or equivalent depth of experience.
- Experience working within a membership body, offering support to perspective members within a customer-focused organisation
- Experienced at B2B Account Management with experience selling intangible benefits
- Achievement in reaching stretch goals
- Experience working remotely and in virtual teams.
- Experience developing customer relationships
