JOB DESCRIPTION


Primary Responsibilities

  • Help establish market positioning, define target demographics, and create comprehensive marketing plans across various channels and segments.
  • Support the implementation of marketing initiatives from conception to execution, fostering internal support and promoting collaboration.
  • Generate consumer and market insights to refine outreach strategies, boost conversions, and procure more qualified leads.
  • Leverage consumer insights and trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to help build successful strategies.
  • Conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms, extract key insights, and propose future campaign and go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaborate with email, performance marketing, and web teams to design, experiment with, and enhance lead-nurturing tactics.
  • Manage content and updates for consumer and internal touchpoints, participate in events, and provide sales support.
  • Help evaluate the effectiveness of current marketing initiatives, optimize accordingly, and present ideas and final products to internal and external teams.
  • Enhance the organization's brand perception by ensuring all marketing and media content consistently reflects the brand’s values and image in a positive and professional manner.

Education and Experience 

  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience in client-facing roles. 
  • Graduate/Postgraduate degree preferred

NB: The position requires occasional evening and weekend work to ensure effective outcomes.
