ASSISTANT SECURITY OPERATIONS MANAGER

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Security Operations Manager to support the effective management of security operations within our organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in the management and coordination off security operations across the organization.
Support the development and implementation of security policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
Supervise and train security staff to ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
Handle security incidents and emergencies, providing quick and efficient responses,
Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services during critical situations.
Maintain detailed records of security operations, incidents, and reports.

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Security Management or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in security operations or a similar role.In-depth knowledge of security protocols, systems, and best practices.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Professional certification in Security Management is a plus.
