ABOUT THIS ROLE
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to join our team for developing Local In-Country Business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, a deep understanding of the sales process, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual to take the next step in their career and make a significant impact on our business.


RESPONSIBILITIES

Work closely in market development strategies.
Develop and implement sales strategies.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients.
Develop Dealer Network and Liase with HQ Team to Dealer Incentive Program.
Provide regular reports on sales performance.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
Assist in the development of sales materials and presentations.
Participate in sales meetings and presentations.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities.
Coordinate with marketing to align sales and marketing strategies.
Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and services.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.


REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in Mobile Sales or Accessories Field.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to travel as needed.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
