Key Responsibilities
Data Collection & Analysis
- Assist in designing and implementing data collection tools and methodologies.
- Collect, verify, and input data from various sources.
- Analyze data and generate reports to track project performance.
Monitoring & Evaluation Support
- Assist in monitoring project activities to ensure compliance with objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct field visits to collect and validate data.
- Support in preparing M&E reports, dashboards, and presentations.
Report Writing & Documentation
- Maintain organized records of M&E activities, findings, and lessons learned.
- Contribute to the preparation of periodic reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in compiling success stories and case studies based on project outcomes.
Stakeholder Engagement & Coordination
- Liaise with project teams, partners, and beneficiaries to gather feedback and ensure transparency.
- Support training sessions and workshops related to M&E processes.
- Assist in coordinating M&E meetings and follow-ups on action points.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Monitoring & Evaluation, Statistics, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in M&E, data collection, research, or project management.
- Experience working with M&E tools, frameworks, and reporting systems is a plus.
