JOB DESCRIPTION 


Key responsibilities:

  • Supporting the creation of a positive and memorable experience for residents
  • Completing administrative tasks including logging of maintenance requests, filing and preparing notices and working with our student management system – Starez
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints with a patient and understanding approach
  • Assisting with management of the team and deputising in the absence of the Operations manager
  • Ensuring compliance in line with health and safety standards

You won't mind rolling your sleeves up, with bags of enthusiasm and great communication skills. You'll have some management experience, but that could be in a hotel, gym or restaurant for example, however, we're much more interested in your people skills, personality and potential.
