ROLE SUMMARY
The Assistant Branch Manager is responsible for direct management of branch operations. They will assist the Branch Manager in fostering a positive environment and ensuring client satisfaction and proper branch operation. In the absence of the Branch Manager, the Assistant Branch Manager will serve as the leader and main point of contact for the entirety of the Branch.

Required Education/Experience:
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Required Knowledge & Skills:
Basic knowledge of related state and federal banking compliance regulations, and other Bank operational policies; and general office practices.
Intermediate knowledge of personal computer operations, including word processing and spreadsheet software programs.
Intermediate knowledge of branch operation activities, terminology and products and services relating to retail and commercial account customers.
