PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Ensure adherence to Company Work Practice, Processes, Routines and Teams KPIs, through Managing and Executing Sales & Marketing Business Plan 
  •  Manage, measure and achieve sales targets 
  •  Manage the implementation of RED and Pictures of Success in trade 
  • Manage Customer Service 
  •  Route to Market 
  • Revenue Growth Management 
  •  Commercial and Financial Acumen 
  • Manage Project and People/Sales Team
  • Manage Company Assets 
  •  Coach, Mentor and Lead sales team (Merchandising principles)
  • Ensure compliance to Quality Standards of our product 
  • Implement promotional plans and Execute Promotional Compliance 
  • Ensure local and national promotions are implemented effectively in all trades.

REQUIREMENTS

• Grade 12

 • Sales and Marketing Diploma/Degree 

• Minimum three (3) years Experience, with a strong background in the Fast-Moving-Consumer-Goods Industry 

• Basics of Revenue Growth strategy • Basics of Financial management and budgeting• Computer Skills (Microsoft Apps)• Knowledge of MSD365, SAP & MACmobile ERP • Basic Business Acumen 

• Product & Industry knowledge

 • Attention to detail

 • Customer focused & Service orientation

 • Analytical, Coaching & Presentation skills

 • Partnership & Business Networking skills 

• Excellent Planning, Negotiation, Organizing & Judgement skills 

• Ability to work/perform under pressure 

• Strong administration capabilities

 • Reliable, punctual and energetic 

• Code B driver’s license
