JOB DESCRIPTION


Responsibilities:

  • Visiting and prospecting for new customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand our customer base.
  • Talking to customers and taking orders for products.
  • Filling of forms and capturing data of their business certificate (new customers).
  • Updating Trade records.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase product sales in your designated area.
  • Maximizing sales and achieving ZERO debt.
  • Making sure the sector follows up on payment promptly.
  • Monitor market trends, and customer needs.
  • Submit  weekly sales reports and market feedback .
  • Reports daily to the sector manager.
  • Visits the Head office every month to make a monthly report.
  • Carry out task assigned by the sector manager.



Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in supply chain/Marketing/Agribusiness/Agriculture.
  • Must have basic knowledge in the Agrochemical / FMCG business.
  • 2-3 years working experience as a sales person.
  • Outspoken and friendly.
  • Target oriented.
  • Track record of developing new markets.
  • Willing to take charge of any region as a sector of operation.
  • Self motivated individual.
  • Willing to learn and take directions the KARIDA way.
