About the role:
- Installing and maintaining ventilation doors and ventilation chambers
- Setting up primary pump stations and pipework for monos
- Performing dewatering system upgrades and repairs
- Conducting UG civil works, including escape way installations and pad pours
- Relocating refuge chambers as required
- Performing dogging and rigging tasks to safely lift and manoeuvre loads
- Carrying out reticulation works, including paste and service lines (poly and steel)
- Constructing and maintaining paste walls
- Installing ventilation infrastructure, such as fans
- Operating underground cranes and other heavy equipment as needed
About you:
- Demonstrated experience working in an underground mining or heavy civil environments
- Current certifications including WAH, Confined Space, Senior First Aid, Crane and Dogging ticket
- A valid MR Driver’s License
- Proficiency with laser levelling tools and underground measuring equipment
- Experience operating Integrated Tool carriers (IT) or similar underground machinery
- A strong understanding of underground services, including pump stations, ventilation systems, paste walls, and reticulation
