About You!
AI Research & Innovation
- Conduct research on state-of-the-art AI models (LLMs, reinforcement learning, etc.).
- Track and evaluate the latest AI tools, frameworks, and APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic etc.).
- Analyze the capabilities, limitations, and practical use cases of emerging AI tools and how they can be integrated into real-world applications.
- Explore new AI libraries and frameworks to improve workflows and optimize development processes.
- Propose and prototype innovative AI solutions based on research findings.
- Implement AI/ML models using Python and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
- Develop and fine-tune AI applications, including NLP, CV, and generative AI projects.
Optimize models for efficiency, scalability, and accuracy. - Work on real-world AI deployment (API integration, cloud deployment, or edge AI).
- Automate processes using scripting and AI-based solutions.
Your Tool Kit
- Strong Python programming skills (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, OpenAI API).
- Experience in training, fine-tuning, and deploying AI/ML models.
- Familiarity with AI research methodologies and ability to analyze papers.
- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Independent & Proactive – Can work without constant guidance.
- Strong Researcher – Can explore new tools,and implement key findings effectively.
- Problem Solver - Can identify challenges, propose solutions, and troubleshoot issues
- Good Communicator – Can document work clearly, explain technical concepts
- Concisely, and present findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
