JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement AI models and algorithms.
- Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements.

- Continuously optimize AI models for performance and accuracy.
- Utilize deep learning techniques for various applications.

- Conduct experiments and validate models against benchmarks.
- Develop tools and frameworks for data preprocessing and feature engineering.
- Create comprehensive documentation for models and processes.
- Stay updated with the latest AI research and techniques.
- Mentor junior team members and assist with their development.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices.
- Build data pipelines for processing and managing big data.
- Engage in troubleshooting and debugging deployment issues.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
- Master's degree or PhD is preferred.
- Proven experience in AI and machine learning projects.
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Java.
- Knowledge of AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Familiarity with data manipulation tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
- Understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
