Key Responsibilities:

  1. Campaign Development and Execution:
    • Develop and implement advertising strategies and campaigns across various platforms, including print, digital, television, radio, and outdoor media.
    • Work with creative teams to develop compelling advertising content, including visuals, copy, and multimedia materials.
    • Ensure campaigns align with the brand’s tone, objectives, and target audience.
  2. Media Planning and Buying:
    • Research and identify the most effective advertising channels for reaching target audiences.
    • Negotiate with media vendors and agencies to secure cost-effective ad placements.
    • Manage the scheduling and distribution of advertising materials across platforms.
  3. Budget Management:
    • Prepare and manage advertising budgets, ensuring campaigns are delivered within allocated resources.
    • Monitor spending and provide detailed financial reports on campaign expenses and ROI.
  4. Market Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, industry trends, and competitor activities.
    • Analyze campaign performance data to assess the effectiveness of advertising efforts.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize future campaigns.
  5. Collaboration and Coordination:
    • Coordinate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align advertising strategies with broader business goals.
    • Liaise with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors to ensure high-quality deliverables.
    • Manage timelines and ensure the timely delivery of campaign assets.
  6. Compliance and Brand Consistency:
    • Ensure all advertising materials comply with legal, ethical, and industry standards.
    • Maintain consistency in branding and messaging across all advertising channels.
  7. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
    • Track the performance of advertising campaigns using analytics tools and KPIs.
    • Prepare reports on campaign outcomes, including impressions, engagement, and conversions.
    • Use data insights to refine strategies and improve future campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in advertising, marketing, or media planning (2–5 years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of advertising principles, branding, and campaign management.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) is an advantage.
