JOB DESCRIPTION


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office supplies, procurement, and vendor relationships.
  • Maintain organized records, files, and documentation.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
  • Ensure office equipment is functional and well-maintained.

HR & Staff Support:

  • Assist with employee records, attendance tracking, and leave management.
  • Support onboarding and orientation of new staff.
  • Maintain confidentiality in handling employee information.


General Operations:

  • Coordinate office logistics, including facility management.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and company documents.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

Key Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in administrative or office management roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
