Join our dynamic Vendor and Business Operations team! Our fun and hard-working group of 10 includes Vendor Operations Managers, Specialists, Analysts, and Inventory Specialists. The Role

Are you ready to make an impact in a vibrant environment? We are seeking an Administrator to join our team for up to 3-months with the potential to go permanent. In this role, you’ll be pivotal in helping out our Vendor Operations Specialists and Vendor Operations Managers, working with our CRM, and facilitating seamless communication across the business. You'll have the opportunity to support a dynamic team, contribute to our operational efficiency, and be a key player during an exciting period of growth and change. What You'll Do:

Data Analysis: Transform raw data into actionable insights using your advanced Excel skills.
Professional Communication: Maintain clear and timely correspondence to ensure smooth operations and build trust.
CRM Management: Streamline customer interactions and optimise CRM processes for seamless collaboration.
Error Resolution: Identify and resolve issues with precision and a problem-solving mindset.
Data Expertise: Analyse information with accuracy, ensuring critical insights are always at hand.
Relationship Building: Communicate effectively to win over colleagues, customers, and vendors alike.
Multitasking: Juggle multiple responsibilities while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
Proactive Support: Anticipate and address the needs of customers and vendors, exceeding expectations.
Problem Solving: Approach challenges with creativity, turning them into opportunities for improvement.

Skills and Competencies:

Proficient in Microsoft Office
Experience with CRM systems (desired not essential)
Fantastic attention to detail
Numerate
Know your way around a spreadsheet
