Student Services at Leeds Beckett University is looking for a talented individual to join us as an Administrator. You will play a central role in a busy environment, providing excellent personal assistant and administrative support to the Associate Director Student Services and the Student Services senior leaders, supporting the overall smooth-running of the service.

The role-holder will be able to work pro-actively, coordinating meetings and appointments to provide effective diary management, supporting projects, compiling and preparing reports and other documents, and maintain effective office systems to support and enhance the general administration of Student Services. You will also provide administrative support for service meetings as required, including producing agendas and reports, and taking minutes.

You will have experience of providing administrative support, as well as having excellent communication and digital skills. An ability to organise and co-ordinate workloads and manage competing demands and deadlines, handle sensitive information, as well as being able to establish professional and credible relations with colleagues across the University and external stakeholders will also be essential.
