Parrot is Europe's leading commercial microUAV group. Parrot Drones EMEA region is seeking an Administrator to support the Regional Director (RD) in providing administrative support to our sales team, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to overall sales success. This is a new role for the Region so the candidate has the flexibility to jointly create the processes required.

YOUR ROLE:

The Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the RD by providing essential administrative support. This role will involve a range of responsibilities including order tracking, customer support, data management, and general administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. They will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to effectively interact with both internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, the successful candidate will have a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

The individual will be entrusted with being a team contributor and vital link around specific initiatives and functions, with the responsibility to interact with appropriate cross-functional groups (eg. sales, finance, customer experience etc).

YOUR RESPONSABILITIES:

Order Tracking:

Monitor the progress of customer orders from placement to delivery, ensuring timely updates and resolving any issues.
Provide customers with accurate information on their payment status for their orders and estimated dispatch dates.

Customer Service Excellence:

Provide exceptional customer support by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
Offer accurate information on product availability and delivery timelines, enhancing customer satisfaction.
Assist with customer account management, including updates, modifications, and problem resolution.


Sales Team Support:

Prepare comprehensive sales reports and impactful presentations to aid in decision-making and strategy development.
Organize and coordinate various trade marketing activities & events.

Data Management and Analysis:

Input and update customer information, sales data, and other relevant information, facilitating data-driven insights.
Generate insightful reports and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Administrative Support:

Coordinate with head office departments, to streamline processes and ensure smooth operations.
Supporting the RD and the sales team to ensure the creation and provision of tools, concepts and plans aiding the sales proposition in the channels.
Be a key contributing figure in the development of the region in line with the company strategy and objectives.
Ensure adherence to company policies and current legislation.
Have good knowledge of Parrot’s range, position and competitors.
Be a positive, motivated Parrot advocate always.

YOUR PROFILE :

Proven experience in a sales administration or similar role, demonstrating a strong understanding of sales processes and administrative tasks.
Exceptional organisational and time management skills, enabling you to prioritise tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of your work.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Power BI, Outlook), as well as other relevant software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
Ability to work independently, taking initiative and problem-solving, as well as collaborate effectively within a team.
A positive and proactive attitude, bringing a can-do approach to your work.
The ability to provide a high level of professionalism & interaction on the frontline, often under pressure and with short deadlines.
Strong communication, reporting, problem solving and documentation skills.
