Key Responsibilities:*
• Supervise strictly and monitor the performance of drivers, cleaners, maintenance officers, and front desk officers.
• Ensure strict adherence to administrative policies, procedures, and company standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with operational guidelines.
• Report and update Management on team performance, policy violations, and operational issues on a timely basis.
• Address and resolve any disciplinary or performance-related issues promptly.
• Train and mentor staff to improve compliance and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of daily operations, incidents, and reports.
• Collaborate with management to implement and improve policies and procedures.
*Qualifications and Requirements:*
• Minimum of a first degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Social Sciences from a recognized university in Ghana.
• Minimum of *5 years of experience* in a similar supervisory or enforcement role in a well-established organization.
• Proven ability to enforce policies and manage diverse teams (drivers, cleaners, maintenance, front desk executives, etc.).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• High level of integrity, discipline, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using reporting tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Office, task management systems).
