Key Responsibilities

Office Administration & Coordination

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a well-functioning work environment.
  • Oversee office maintenance, security, and cleanliness.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Records & Documentation Management

  • Maintain and update company records, files, and databases.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.

Support to Departments & Employees

  • Provide administrative support to various departments.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees by managing paperwork and office setup.
  • Handle internal communications and correspondence.

Financial & Procurement Support

  • Assist with budget tracking and office expense management.
  • Process invoices, payments, and financial documentation.
  • Coordinate procurement of office supplies and equipment.

Compliance & Policy Implementation

  • Ensure adherence to organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Implement and improve administrative processes for efficiency.
  • Support HR and management in enforcing workplace policies.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Officer or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
