Key Responsibilities:

Office Administration & Coordination:

  1. Oversee and manage daily office operations.
  2. Ensure smooth workflow and coordination between departments.
  3. Maintain office supplies and ensure proper inventory management.

Document Management & Recordkeeping:

  1. Maintain and update administrative records, contracts, and reports.
  2. Organize and file important company documents securely.
  3. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Staff Support & Communication:

  1. Act as a point of contact between management and employees.
  2. Schedule meetings, manage correspondence, and assist in report preparation.
  3. Support HR-related tasks, including onboarding and employee records management.

Budgeting & Expense Management:

  1. Assist in preparing budgets and monitoring office expenses.
  2. Process invoices, payments, and reimbursement requests.
  3. Identify cost-saving opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.

Compliance & Risk Management:

  1. Ensure adherence to company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
  2. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  3. Monitor office operations to identify and mitigate risks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or office management role.
  • Strong understanding of office procedures and organizational policies.
