KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage and supervise administrative staff, including receptionists, administrative assistants and office clerks.
* Develop and implement efficient administrative processes and procedures.
* Ensure office equipment and supplies are well maintained and stocked
* Oversee facilities management and coordinate maintenance and repairs.
• Handle Financial aspects, such as budgeting for administrative needs.
* Collaborate with HR for recruitment and onboarding of administrative personnel.
* Assist in planning and organizing company events and meetings.
* Maintain and update company records and databases.
* Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, customer service, and operations, to ensure customer satisfaction
* Continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge through training and professional development

REQUIREMENTS
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
* Proven experience in administrative management, with a minimum of 5 years experience
* Strong leadership and team manage-
* Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
* Proficiency in office software and applications.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
