Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day administrative functions of the organization. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth operation of office activities by managing clerical duties, coordinating schedules, and assisting staff as needed. This role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative duties, including managing correspondence, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Assist in coordinating meetings, appointments, and schedules.
  • Support staff with clerical tasks and ensure timely completion of assigned duties.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure resources are available when needed.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
  • Contribute to the efficient functioning of the office by identifying and addressing administrative needs.

Qualifications:

  • A Higher National Diploma (HND) or National Service Scheme (NSS) personnel.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
