JOB DESCRIPTIONS


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of clerical and administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Manage incoming calls with effective phone etiquette, providing accurate information and directing inquiries to appropriate team members.
  • Organize and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation for all office processes.
  • Create, format, and edit reports, presentations, and other documents using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings, ensuring seamless time management for the team.
  • Assist in problem-solving and troubleshooting operational challenges as needed.
  • Ensure a high level of attention to detail in all administrative tasks and communications.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in administrative or clerical roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage phone and in-person interactions professionally.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive and resourceful approach to challenges.
