Key Responsibilities

  • Type, prepare, and collate reports and other necessary documents.
  • Organize and maintain an effective filing system for easy retrieval of information.
  • Coordinate and service meetings, including preparing agendas and taking accurate minutes.
  • Manage and update databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Prioritize workloads to meet deadlines and support team objectives.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to multitask and handle competing priorities.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
