 Role Description

This is a contract on-site role for an Administrative Assistant at Zelco Engineering Services Ltd in Accra. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing phone calls, communicating with stakeholders, and performing executive administrative tasks.

 Qualifications

  • Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Clerical Skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in the extractive industry is a plus
  • Minimum of a High School diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration is a bonus
