About the job
Reporting to the Sales Manager you will be the first point of contact for all sales inquiries and play a crucial role in supporting the sales team to achieve business objectives. You will collaborate with senior sales staff to generate and maintain accurate sales reports and assist in creating project files and drawings that help generate business leads. This role requires consistent communication and engagement with Sales Representatives to ensure the timely processing of orders, contributing to an overall positive customer experience.
THE DAY TO DAY
Serve as the first point of contact for all sales inquiries.
Collaborate with senior sales staff to produce and manage sales reports.
Engage actively with Sales Representatives to ensure orders are processed in a timely manner.
Respond promptly to customer communications, enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
Attend sales training sessions and develop a strong understanding of the company's products and services.
Coordinate the creation and distribution of project files/drawings to assist the sales team in business lead generation.
Maintain organized sales records.
Integrate new projects into Stubbe’s software systems.
Ensure an accurate and complete handoff from sales to project management.

Knowledge of production, design, and finishes of precast products (an asset).
Experience with estimating (an asset).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management tools.
Analytical ability to review sales data and generate reports for decision-making.
Strong problem solving skills and ability to adapt to a fast paced environment.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple project simultaneously.
Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when needed.
Strong attention to detail.
