Immediate temporary to hire role as an Administrative Assistant
Onsite opportunity in Winnipeg
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the finance team and management team including database management
Processing and reviewing financial information
Prepare reports and invoices
Verify information for accuracy
Update and prepare Excel reports
Develop, maintain and update systems and procedures
Organize team projects to conduct special studies and present recommendations to the management team
Other administrative duties as assigned to assist the finance department
Qualifications:
3 plus years of experience as an Administrative Assistant
Post-secondary education in Business Administration is an asset
Experience with financial processing and/or experience within a Government finance department is an asset
Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams, experience with database management
